The proposed Vision contains four key elements.

   • Using its assets and resources.
   • Work systems such as policies, processes and procedures.
   • Employee’ work approach.
2. “Reputable” – recognised as a successful organisation by external parties.
3. “Responsible” to stakeholders:
   • Community
   • Customers
   • Shareholders
